Rex was once a sphincter for Halloween.
A friend and I went out as a pair of breasts. We went to a big street party in Georgetown, and some drunk a-clown ran right up and bit the construction-paper nip on her breast right off.

We shopped at Dean's Party Mania. The boys are going as Batman (Jake) & Robin (Will), and Libby is going as some sort of countess. They had great outfits for adults there too. If you can find a costume place like that, you'd be set. They had tons of packaged costumes, and of course wigs/masks/paint/accessories. I can see someone with an imagination being able to come up with something very clever.

I thought my sister and her best friend were the only two wacked out enough to think of this!!! except...they were so big no one could bite anything off...in fact they could hardly walk.....

Costume Ideas?
This was a fun one for me and mine a few years back...
If your wanting a single person costume, this can be made cheaply (and most importantly, its cheesy ).
Get ahold of some strong cardboard (about 2ft x 2ft) and paint it black. You'll need an ash tray, disposable plastic wine glass (or two), a candle, and the black outfit of your choice. Paint the cardboard black, glue the ashtray, candle and glasses on the table. Wear whatever (sexy) black outfit you deem appropriate, and attach the table on your head with a piece of twine or string.
Your a 'one night stand'.
But if there are two of you, the second person could dress dark (funeral type clothes complete with black lacy face cover). This person could let out a wail or cry every so often, and instead of walking walk beside you, they should walk one step behind (or follow AFTER).
Then ya'll would be 'a one night stand' and 'the mourning after'.
A good friend of mine and his wife last year went as Mrs America and the First Runner Up. She was Mrs America and dressed very nicely in an evening gown, heels, hair done. He was 1st runner up and wore a gawd awful dress, boobs, fake red wig, makeup, heels ~ the whole nine yards. He was a beast. Not a proud moment for masculinity, but a dang funny one...

Well, hopfully the Tinkerbell costume won't be too revealing, but as for the "Ho" costume for the Pimp and Ho party....
