I dropped a very large object on my big toe toenail. I am not a doctor, but it swelled up and I guess the toenail became seperated from my toe.
Anyways, it has gone back to normal size (the toe). I noticed that my toenail was not connected to my toe any more. And it started itching real bad. Just now I took it off from all the way from the root. (this was a painless process as the toenail was, I guess, already disconnected from under the skin where it grows).
Bottem line, will my toenail grow back? I know this is disgusting....
