Hey guys im 15 and about 10 pounds over wieght. I have already lost over 10 pounds.

I dont really run too much but i like it, and im trying to get involved in it.

Just wanted to say high.

Great that you have found running, an activity/sport that you can continue on all through your life (Even old blokes like me still run)

At 15 I think don't you should about your weight too much, concentrate on consistent; and at this stage low mileage - get the running habit.
I'm sure in time the weight will take care of itself

I try to keep it regualr. At just 2 miles in 24 minutes. Or 4 miles in 48 minutes. Soon ill cut it down to 2 miles in 22 minutes. Then so on.
