Sooo I wake up at about 0330. Can't fall back asleep. Toss and turn a bit then think "I give up". get out of bed. Be very quiet so you don't disturb wife. Walk downstairs quietly, tiptoe through family room and hear wife saying she couln't sleep so she came downstairs. Feel heart stop, adrenalin pound, then its over and heart is back inside the chest.
All I can say is, the wife scared the bejesus out of me !!
