On sunday i went for a difficult run (in that it was much more hilly than i am used to), so i found i quite difficult, plus it was a really hot day. About 2 hours after getting back from the run i got a head ache and felt nautious, and still have a slight headache today. Is this likely to be related to the run?...i throught it might be dehydration, but i drank 2-3 pints of water within half an our of the run.

Any advice?

This one I know: low salt level. The worse the run, the more you need Gatorade/Powerade/whateverade to get you back up and running. Water just won't cut it.
