Mumia loses again

and screw him too.

Actually release him come to think of it, he would be dead in 24 hours anyway.

He is not a political prisoner. He shot a cop 5 times and killed him. Open and shut case. He should be a dead prisoner

Wow. I have to admit that's a bit of a scary statement coming from a police officer.

Considering that piece of sh*t killed another police officer and now is trying to lie his way off death row, I don't think it is at all. I'm sure the officer's family wouldn't either.

I dont mean the police would kill him. He is just so disliked that someone would likely do what the state should be doing.

The state tried, but his supporters got his death sentence reduced to life without parole. Every breath he takes is one too many.

I knew you didn't mean the police would kill him, but how I read it (and maybe I was wrong), was you were saying that would be an okay thing if some random person on the street decided to kill him. I hate to think anyone supports vigilanty justice, much less members of law enforcement.

I hate to think anyone, especially all those aholes in Hollywood, supports people who murder in cold blood and then whine when they get punished suitably for the crime.

I agree with Cappy. I want to puke every time I think of my tax dollars feeding this b*stard. I can think of people way more deserving of that money.

My point was about whether or not Mumia is guilty or innocent, or whether or not he got a fair trial, but about the idea of vigilanty justice. I think it is a dangerous concept. So if Mumia did get out, and someone came up to him on the street and shot him point blank, should that person go to jail?
