If the post is in RR, why does it have to remain on topic? As long as there is no abusive (foul) language or overly personal attacks being used I don't see any reason for a topic to be deleted.

Every year at our July Fourth parade we have a civil war cannon fire off a few salvo's, dang its loud Shocked
