I've never done it. I don't even like "the bird." Besides, who is it that determines my middle finger is bad??? I just don't get it!

I used to do it more while driving. Now I've taken on a new approach. I don't think it's very intelligent or lady like. So when someone is pissing me off in traffic I smile really big at them and then they get even more annoyed flip me off then I wave hello back to them.

Did you honk too, that must have been you yesterday then. Sorry for cutting you off, but you have to do that in traffic sometimes.

Why yes I just flipped off my buddy this past Friday, in a friendly sort of way. I was fishing during vacation, a nice calm flat lake, very quiet, and here he comes with my kid on the back of his boat tubing. they buzz right by me creating a nice wake and disturbing my peace. I flipped 'em both off much to their delight.

If you piss me off to the point where I flip you off, then you deserve it in my book.

Being a youngin' from the South, flippin' birds was as natural as breathing.
Nowadays, I just curse like sailor instead.

Yep. All the time. Most of the time for me it's all in fun. If it's in anger, it's usually followed by *$#@#%! $#@@#!!!!!

if you blow your horn at me while sitting behind me, prompting me to make that right turn on red or hurry up and get out there, well, i regret to say that you will be flipped off boldly and proudly. don't tell me how to drive and i won't tell you to get bleeeeeped. simple as that.
i've tried alternative therapies and, on some very gratifying and intimate level, nothing is quite as effective.

i use pretty often, but not nearly as much as i used to.
it actually got me in trouble one time when some soccer mom in her school bus of an SUV cut me off. i gave her the finger and she proceeded to try and run me off the road multiple times and then chase me down all the way to where i worked. all in all, she followed me almost 10 miles. i was on the phone with 911 when she was pounding on my window threatning to kill me...
somehow, slamming into a wall at a high rate of speed tends to calm one down as a driver.

Last summer wheile I was riding home and attempting to make a left turn, someone passed me on the left. They got the bird.
I did learn something from the incident though. Now I'm much more aggressive about signaling and taking the lane when I'm turning left.
