That in the summer the wind NEVER blows.
But when its 30* or below the wind is whipping right in your face.
I don't care which direction you are running in the wind will ALWAYS be in your face.
Sorry i just feel like my face is going to crack off.

No kidding.
I went to the track this am and found that no matter what direction I ran, the wind was always in my face too.
I got home and saw that the windchill was 14 degrees.

My experience is that in the North we say "If it weren't for the wind, it'd be warm," but in the South we say "It's not the heat; it's the humidity."
Nice to know we're all together on something, even if its just that we're all anti-whatever the weather is.

i have thought that same thing soooooo many times. especially during a 10 mile run in 90 degree heat. where's that wind now?????

There is a falsehood to your statement. Doesn't matter which direction I am mowing the lawn, the grass ALWAYS blows back in my face. That goes for leaf blowing as well - it's always against me. Now, you cannot tell me I am the only one with that problem.
