Hope you all enjoy the holiday! We've sent Ambassador Scorch up there to represent your neighbors to the south.  Ambassador Genie is hoping to make it up next year......

In Vancouver: overcast and rainy, temps from upper 50s to low 60s-perfect running weather!

On location in Calgary day 2 of 10.
Carrie is cooking Alberta beef instead of turkey.
Calgary is P/C skies no wind 13 degrees C

Did you know that all the turkeys up here come from the US.
I'm sulking this weekend because I was supposed to be running the Okanagan Int. Marathon.
