4.6 miles in 40:55 at 5:30 this morning. It was 63 degrees, foggy and humid!!!

6.79 around a couple of lakes in 1:03:54. Twas my first run outside in...well at least a month. Felt good, path was mostly clear, and it's a great way to start the year.
