My company takes Halloween VERY seriously. We have a big company meeting and then a costume contest, usually based on departmental theme. Winner gets a prize (this year = cookies and a boatload of candy and the trophy bragging rights for a year). We then stuff our faces on all the goodies everybody brings and just lounge for the rest of the day. 
My department won again this year! Most of us dressed as our own company's version of Monopoly. My coolest evah boss is the die, and I was the chick who wins 2nd prize in the beauty contest (notice my $10 bill sash and my sparkling tiara!):
