I made the mistake of watching this movie with a group of friends on Halloween night. I was 13. Everyone else in the group lived in the immediate neighborhood.
I ended up walking home alone about 11 pm. I only had to walk about a mile, and it seemed like it took forever. I'm sure I looked like  the entire way.
I've not seen the movie since, BTW.
