Does anyone have a plan for a half marathon, a training plan that is. Im hoping to do one in september, so gonna start upping my running now, but it would be great if i had a plan to stick to, ive seen some great ones for marathon but none for half marathon. If anyone has one or a link to one where i could make my own or any advice id appreciate it

I'm sure someone will post links for you. I just wanted to say half way through July is a bit late to follow a plan as most are at least 12 weeks I believe. How many MPW are you getting now?

I recommend these plans myself. If you have a decent base, you should be able to do ok.

I am on this plan now, it is GREAT so far, its not just jump into it an kill you. If you want a more aggressive plan, checkout the Intermediate or Advanced training schedule.
