gasp at my accomplishment.
Official Bulova time is 2:34.44 on my watch. I came VERY close to my goal of 2:30 so all in all a success !!
GREAT race I recommend it to anyone wanting to do a first time or have a great experience.
Extremely well organized. I took the free massage and had a nice looong bath when I got to the hotel room. I can only say we had a mean head wind from about mile 5 - 6 all the way to the end. Temps were about 60ish and the rain held off until I finished. (Yesterday temps were about 80 and high humidity.)
I will write up a full report when I get back home.
Thanks for all the good karma and wishes.
Andy
