Inspired by Cappy to get myself checked out, I had my first physical in something around 8 or 9 years.
Doc says I'm 100% healthy, with extemely good blood pressure.(and this was 2 hours before my district game!)
So that was good, anyway.
When's the last time you got a physical?

8th grade or almost 20 years ago. I've had specific parts checked since then but never just a general physical.

Last complete physcial was May 2001. Althought lately I have been seeing my doctor(s) more often than I would like.

About 2 months ago. Mostly due to my asthma problems I changed docs and got a physical in the process. Everything checked out 100% and he changed the asthma med and I'm a new person. And my running times are reflecting it  .

May. I had brought the old cholesterol down from 230 to 162 in one year with no drugs.
I try to get one once a year, My grandfather died of a heart attack in his 60's, my dad cancer at 48, and 2 aunts and an uncle died of cancer, my 38 year old first cousin died of a heart attack (he was very fit).
I take no chances.

My doctor actually told me at my physical that he would like me to put on weight, he says he doesn't say that very often to his patients.
