Heya!! My name's Ryan and I work at the gym Jacked Up owns  It's tough but someone has to do it and runners are tough right? I thought I could use the motivation to keep up my running so I FINALLY joined the forums I thought I'd just introduce myself SOOOO HI!

What ever in the world makes you think that the people infesting, er, inhabiting this forum run? Sure, there are some folk who do but if you're here looking for running wisdom/motivation? Well, sure! We can all talk the talk! And boy, are we good at it!

Sometimes the only motivation we provide is the motivation to call your therapist.....j/k. This is a great place to be! Welcome aboard~we're a lot of fun. If JU tries to make you wear the cocunut bra as an initiation and give her a "sign-up" fee, don't believe her.
