...to coffee!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know if I'm not getting enough sleep at night, not doing enough running, or I'm addicted to coffee. Almost every day now I am yawning all day long but once I get coffee into my system I'm okay.
I have cut back greatly on my running (from marathon training to 6 miles a week doing the Body for Life program). I've been more grumpy lately, too. So, I thought maybe it was just that I wasn't running enough.
I haven't been getting my usual amount of sleep because I have to workout every single morning before my husband goes to work so I am up at 4:45 - 5:15 a.m. every day where I usually slept until 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.
or...it could be the coffee.

I think you need to grab another cup of coffee and take a better look. I didn't do anything to widen the load of this post! (Like I would know how to change something like that...or even want to!). Now, grab a cup of coffee and get back to work!

I've cut back from my 2 GREAT ONE 24oz behemoths each day, down to a medium (14oz) or two.
I feel OK so far, and am trying to eliminate the 2nd cup altogether...
