Nearly 7 long weeks of not running, and six of not cycling, I get to do both tonight. Still not cleared yet for EMS duty (not until after Thanksgiving)
Its only a few minutes on the dreadmill  and  but I can't wait.

you should get a treadmill at home greg that way you could run on the weekends... you will learn to love it like me

Welcome back Cappy, just take it easy, I know for 6 weeks after surgery and I was ready to go!!
I hate the Dreadmill!!!!
