He was having some chest pain this morning. So he went to and was admitted at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby PA.
He will have some extensive tests and a consultation with a heart surgeon today.
His room number and contact info will be available if you want to pm me. I will be off and on throughout the day and I will check back often to let you know.

I'm talking to him now.....he sounds really tired, but he says he's feeling a little better. He talked to a surgeon today who says, at this point, his opinion is that they don't want to do surgery and the next step is some electrocardio tests. They're considering moving him to another hospital (Fitz Mercy is their local one) that has a bigger cardiology center. Jen's still working on that. Looking to do a medication change too, to a different kind of medication which they think might help, that they haven't been able to give him prior to this because of his asthma. He'll probably be in the hospital for most of the weekend. He says hello and thanks for your good thoughts and prayers....keep em coming!!!
I think more than anything he's totally frustrated but the cardiologist seems to finally be taking this more seriously and may approach it from a more aggressive stance going forward. Everyone keep their fingers crossed and send good vibes PLEASE!!!!
Joe, I told him if they move him to call me but will you call my cellphone also and leave the # where he'll be since we may not have a computer all weekend? I'm still debating bringing my laptop to Madison. Thanks!!
