We arrived safely wednesday. First thing was to catch that sniper..ok, we got that done within 12 hours of our arrival  (And some of you were nervous. I arrive, sniper is apprehended...coidence, I think not).
Weather here is cloudy and chilly. The clouds are expected to be gone by sometime tomorrow, but I have to say if the weather stays right as it is now it would be perfect. Anyway, been doing the tourist thing. I am about to go to pick up my bib and go to the expo.
Hope you kids are enjoying yourself. So who is the newest Texan here?

Have a great race, Alan. Looking forward to hearing the details.
Check out the peace rally, too. Not b/c you agree or not but b/c seeing as many people as will be there at the Washington Monument is an awesome sight. Think about when MLK made his speech and all the important speeches that have followed there. It's really inspiring to see.
