8:30 am warm and breezy. met up with Rolling Rock and Mr. Rock (who walked this race)
25:08 for me, which is good, better than last year, but I wanted to blow this one out of the water, it just didn't happen.
first mile I was on target, 2nd mile includes a major hill, so I lost a little ground, after than I'm not sure what happened. I kicked it in, but just didn't finish in the time I wanted. The victory though is being out there on the road instead of at home on the couch.

Keltic ruled on this course: 25.08 is awesome Steve!!
my time=pffffffffffffffft. almost exactly the same as last year. (26 something.) that makes two recent races when i ran almost exact replicas of last year and that rates a huge in my mind.
like he said, i sometimes feel like i score points for being on that start line so that's how i'm making lemonade out of these lemons today. i managed to squeak a third place in the 40-49ers though.
i took pictures and they should be out of the camera by Thanksgiving!!
(no really, i'll try harder)
one of us was topless this time.

Yeah Sue. I do not think PH allows topless pix fo the wimmins around here. I do not think Mr. Rock would either.

You both should be proud. FB was right, July, no matter where one lives is just not PR setting weather. Not usually. I think you both ran great!!! Congrats!!!

You two are becoming a couple o' junkies! Like Sue says, summer isn't full of too many surprises, just lots of sweat and tears. Come autumn, the PRs will come

Keltic & RR are two racin' fools these days!
And oh, if you guys don't like those times, send 'em my way. I'd give my left arm to be that fast.

Great races, both of you! Now, if only Running Brewer would get out of Mexico and off the IL we could run as many races together.
