I've got the registration form sitting here on my desk. My long (er) runs are at 6 miles and I just bookmarked Hal Higdon's 10K training program, Intermediate because it looks to be about where I'm at as far as mileage per week.
So I'm in!

a few people have told me that it's a slow downhill all the way, and knowing how Pittsburgh "flows" and the direction of the race, that makes sense. 1 part is a slow uphill grade (Blvd of the Allies), but not too bad as I hear.

Oh no. elkid is DEFINITELY in! I paid my $14.74 and am confirmed. RLAG & I will be driving up early Saturday morning and are planning a trip that day to Kennywood if anyone else wants to go. Then the race on Sunday followed by a  to end all , where BamBam will meet his drinking match and go down in flames trying to beat me!
We're then leaving bright & early Monday but would possibly be up for breakfast that day if anyone else is interested.

So far in are me, RLAG, Pebbles, RR, and you. BamBam will be our official photographer (though he doesn't know that yet) and Sahara will be off in Chicago, so we'll be talking behind her back the whole weekend.
