Anyone else heading that way??? I look forward to meeting up with jrjoperiod at some point!

Not this year, but I loved Grandma's last year.
By the way, I hope you have your hotel booked already...

Um i just checked the my calendar and lo & behold, I've registerd for Grandma's Marathon. Not completely sure of travel plans yet, but i think it's mid-week departure form SE Wisconsin, stay with family in St Paul for couple dyas and get caught up on current events, then leave early Friday morning to arrive at Duluth about noon. I think we got pasta dinner tickets (saves the hassle of trying to find somewhere and deal with long waits at restarants). Staying at the dorms (UMD). Should be a great weeekend - i love that race

Me and about a dozen other from coolrunning will be there. We've started a thread on that site. Last year was my worst race ever. Developed injures to both legs and had to walk the last 7 miles. The damn sun was no fun either. Hoping for 55 and raining this year. Training OK so far. I May do Longville and New Prague as training runs. Good luck to everyone.
