Saturday June 4 is the Freihofer's Run for Women in Albany NY.
This race will feature some of the fastest women in the world competing in a 5K.
Among the approximately three thousand women, will be our own MickeyVW. Some members of our running club will also compete. Good luck to her and the rest of the ladies.
