I'm going to visit my lawyer in a few hours. I think I need to modify the custody agreement to enforce my overnight visits with my youngest son. The ex seems to have meddled enough that he now feels like he's betraying her if he has a good time at my place.

Thanks Everyone! I got some good advice from the lawyer. it looks like we will open up the custody agreement to add what is standard in most divorces: overnights every other weekend and one weeknight during the alternating week. since the end of January, when we began this overnight visit routine, she has been "allowing" him to decide, which puts him in a tough situation: choose mommy or choose daddy. The stress has been too much for him, and I have noticed a few behaviors that worry me. While it is stressful for the adults to have to go to court to enforce visiting rights, it will relieve the pressure on my son, AND, the ex gets to blame the courts and the Counselor appointed by the court (who says it's a good thing for a kid to see BOTH parents) for enforcing the visits.
