I need a piece of advice. I need to buy a good spikes and since I’m pretty new to running I’m gonna need your help because if it were up to me, I’d probably choose the ones that are the most attractive.  What are the best spiked running shoes? I want to start with running seriously and I want to do everything properly. Just to add, I’m running cross-country.

Hello! I see that you’re a rookie from one question you’ve asked.  This “what are the best spiked running shoes” tells me that you haven’t seriously plunged into the world of running. So, first you should learn that there is no such thing as the best running shoes. There are excellent shoes, but what fits me best may cause you blisters and pains. But, we have start from somewhere, right? Here are my suggestions. Adidas Adistar 4 LD. I find them pretty comfortable and light. They’re excellent for cross country. I think their price is about 80 USD. The next model is Mizuno Wave Kaze 3. This shoe is equipped with 6 spikes sole plate. You’ll have a good grip and stability. This shoe can also be used indoors.
