I felt like a ton 'o' bricks yesterday so I went to bed supah early and slept in this morning and I'm feeling much better. Still trying to decide whether to cancel all of today's training and relax or go ahead and get back on track.

Well, good morning to you too! What else do you have on deck? Are you injured now? If not, I'd say fo for it. I don't know how overtrained you are currently..

If you are still feeling a bit below par, I'd say take advantage of a break. No sense in making it worse. Just don't overdo it.

Might be a good time for a little rest. Your performance will improve and your chances for an injury decrease.

I decided to go ahead and take today off too. I've got that 'swimmy' head feeling. It's the same feeling I get from overtraining OR from sleeping too much.
I'll get the regular 7.5 hrs. of sleep tonight and be good as new tomorrow.
Side note :: Instead of running at lunch, I went and looked at a new tri bike. I looked at this one :: http://www.cannondale.com/bikes/03/cusa/model-3RM2.html at the LBS and rode it for a few minutes on a trainer. Felt nice and the saddle was waay comfy!

Glad you rested up, PH. That bike looks sweet! Thought you were broke...?

I am broke for the most part. In my super-secret saving account, I've got almost 3/4 of the money saved up to get that bike though. I'd have more but I blew a bunch on the going out of business sale last month.
Edit - I can put the bike on lay away for $425 since it's currently on sale too. Just don't know about the law-away thing though. Never done that before.
