Tore up his toe... Poor thing! Sounded pretty rough! OUCH!

Thanks y'all!
My big toe on myleft foot got f___ed up pretty bad while getting on my bike, but i managed to pull out a good bike and run time (how I managed a 5k on it, i'll never know). I should be getting the race report up tomorrow sometime. I still haven't had a chance to sit down very long, so I'm off to re-clean & dress my toe, then hit the sack.
