I've never, ever, gone shopping super early the day after Thanksgiving. Tomorrow I will break my streak. Actually looking forward to being at the toy store at 6 a.m. (actually about 5:45 a.m.).
I've studied the ads and have my strategy planned. I plan to have 2/3 -3/4 of all the holiday shopping done by noon tomorrow.
This from a girl who really doesn't like to shop anymore.

We may venture forth to watch the movie we missed today.
But that is it for me--crowds make me a little pull-out-an-uzinervous.

I was going to go, but I changed my mind (read: came to my senses). I've only got a few things to get and they can wait until the crowds die down.

Chris and my mom were going to go this morning while I watched the kids with my Dad and put up the Christmas lights on the house but we changed our mind. We are all going to the Museum of Science and History to see the model train display they have set up.

Robin worked until midnight last night. She did not get home until 100. She was up at 430 to go shopping. She goes every year bright and early and gets a bulk of it done.

I used to go every year on this day and basically finish my shopping. It requires strategy, skill, strength, stamina, and is not for the amateur shopper or the weak of heart. But you get some fabulous deals and don't have to go to the mall again until February!
I'll be out there again today but for an abbreviated time since many of the critical hours were spent here, in front of my computer at work
