I'm doing really well, Genie. I'm up to 124, I look and feel terrific. I was just updating... I'd already told you all I was giving this 350+ pounder his walking papers... M just wanted me to give him a few more sessions to make sure.
I don't even want another therapist, but M seems to think it's important, so I'm going, and I'm optimistic (SEE MY OPENING POST!!) and have a LET'S MOVE FORWARD attitude.
Everything's cool. Anyone else need the couch now?

That's cool. I'm glad to hear you're doing better!! I agree with M though, you haven't been in therapy long enough to bag out now. Trust me.....just try another one and like you said, keep an open mind. You'll be glad you did.
