I don't know what in the world I have done to myself, but I can't hardly walk! My calf is swollen and extremely tender even to the touch! Neutral I haven't injured it running since I haven't run in a week. It's been killing me for 3 days now with not much relief. Hot showers seem to provide momentary relief, but I know heat isn't good for swelling. What do I do?!?!

Well I waited it out, and things to be loosening up enough to at least walk normally. Maybe I just pulled it or something.

do you think you maybe cramped up at night? and then forgot about it? I've done that before, and been SO sore afterwards!

Glad you are back to normal now!

Seems to be a likely conclusion. My fiance says I do some crazy stuff in my sleep sometimes.
