GU20- Sports drink. I ordered an assorted 24 pack of GU gels from Road Runner Sports and they sent me a free VAT of GU20 Instant Electrolyte Replacement, lemon lime flavor. Not my favorite flavor, but hey free is free. I will probaly take it to work for my instant sports drink mix there.
Anyone heard of this or tried it?

I just got the same deal from them thumbs up It put me over the free shipping limit so I basically got the gel and drink for free. Mr. Green

I have used on runs, works good for me.
