That is exactly why I refuse to drink any of that crapola. I have no idea what some of those ingredients are and I do not wish to find out if I'm allergic to them.
The symptons described on the drink container are allergic reactions and in some cases can be fatal.
For the record after a hard race I drink Tonic water to ease/eliminate leg cramps. Gatorade makes me ill.
