Well it is Friday and the year is almost over. I hope you all have nice runs today.

I ran 4.6 miles this morning in 39:32. It was 46 degrees and 83 percent humidity.

It looks like it is going to be a gorgeous day down here.

Unfortunately 46 in the dark feels colder than 46 in the sun so I was wearing a shirt this morning.

I ran shirtless for 4 of my 5 miles this morning. Only because it was about 80 friggin' degrees in the gym though.

A non-craptastic 5 miles in 37:16 followed up by 35 minutes of pounding on the weights.

Ran 10.5 miles @ 7:28/mile pace. I saw a bobcat during the run! Pretty cool.

Six miles, still no watch. Felt great though ... and I'm still 171 so I only gained 2 lbs since the marathon - not bad.
