Picture of back of house was from September front of house was fairly current.
We currently have all plumbing, HVAC and electrical completed.
This past week they completed the mudding on the drywall.
Grading of property is done and siding going on next week along with the finishing of the drywall.
Even if his is off by 3 weeks that is fine, since we have prescheduled our closing for the first week of December all along.

Well so far he began the project on time and has accelerated the schedule way beyond any expectations. Each neighbor she has spoken to has said that their house was done at least 3 weeks ahead of schedule. As we have a lease in the townhouse signed through December, we only care that we hit our closing date.
