I've decided that, due to my burnt out feeling, I actually need to do 'easy' runs, even though I hate hate HATE putting up 12 minute miles. Ego will get you every time. So anyway, 3.1 this morning in 38:42.

4 easy miles followed by 30 minutes of weights. Long run tomorrow - hope I don't have a repeat of last weekends weather.
