21.8 miles this morning. It was 45 degrees when I started and 63 when I finished. It took me 3:15 to run it. The first 5 miles STUNK. After that I finally got loosened up and my run felt better. I was going to run 4 or 5 tomorrow but I think my body needs a break.

And for the good week of running too!

Trainer tonight - cut short due to late getting home (big snow started up), and company coming. 8.253 miles in :25:01.02 (3:09.02).

2.60 miles on the treadmill. I'm working on The Training Plan - it officially starts tomorrow. I've got something like 38 weeks until my target race, so I've got the time to ramp the mileage up to where I want it.
