Almost. I sure didn't want to run today. And I'm trying to decide if maybe I should've just taken the day off, but it's past now so no use wondering. I was considering just running an easy 2 because I wasn't really feeling up to it today. Around 5:30 I got in the car to go to McNasty's for some substandard food. But I realized I probably wouldn't be able to run until late if I did that, so a block from home I turned around, got dressed to go running, got back in the car, went running, picked up spicy chicken sandwiches on the way back. Terrible run in the "oh, wait, is this a running forum?" department.
5 slow slow miles 42:14
8:22
8:23
8:29
8:47
8:13
Average pace 8:27
I hope my long run tomorrow is better than this was. Yeesh.

Hey Med,
The run was at 6:30 in the morning. That is the only reason it was that cool.
