I ran 4 miles this morning and it was a bit cold. wearing shorts didn't give me a problem but my hands were frozen

Later today, probably 40 mile ride and 3 mile run brick.

I actually did run on Friday, 4 miles, pretty cold out there. First run in the cold always seems the worst.
