30 minutes on the elliptical and 35 minutes of weights. Managed to bench my weight (160) a set of 12.

Finally, after a month of not being able to run due to shin splints, I was able to go! I ended up running for about 20 minutes today, no problems at all. I'm going to keep it around 20 minutes, 3 times a week for a few weeks so I don't end up injuring myself again.
