10km bike in to work 22min
And I'm already about my bike home. I'll be totally drenched -- we're getting the remnants of Ophelia...or some damn storm....

Due to having to work this weekend, I had to get my last 20 miler in today. It was raining and was generally most unpleasant, but now it's DONE!!! Bring on the taper...
Of course it stopped raining as soon as I finished

8.2 miles in 1:10:11. I felt pretty good today. The soreness that had I had been feeling in my hamstring is finally going away. I guess my body is just getting used to the miles.
