3 miles. First time I can remember when I haven't stopped for a little break at all. I kept just telling myself "keep going keep going don't stop" and I made it. Doesn't sound like much, but I've been having trouble getting back into the groove of things. I think now that has to be my base and to keep moving up!!!!!
