15 yards of topsoil, with a shovel and wheelbarrel (still got 5 yards to go)
8.5 very slow meandering miles after said dirt move.
Time to drink some beer.

on to the next round of hauling dirt!
I say you put in 6 more yards of hard, back breaking, dirt hauling in tomorrow.
None of this 5 more yards stuff. Push yourself...push yourself!
Then get out there and run 6 miles.

8 miles on Friday morning, it was very windy and a little rainy. I was supposed to go 10 but I was tired so I cut my run to 8.
