Well, I have to work tomorrow morning and I have a swim clinic to go to. So I did a brick workout this morning. 2:10 on the trainer and a 3 mile run.

This was after hitting the weights last night. I'm glad there is no PM workout tonight.

8 miles on the bike. Pace slow and bad for the effort.
Floor exercises.
Stretching.

Thunderstorms here. How appropriate.

Rode to and from work. That makes a full week of bike commuting. No running or lifting, I'm racing tomorrow.

Hubby and I were going to run together for the first time in awhile but it thunderstormed instead. Had to settle for 3.5 on the mill.

7.8 miles in 57:47, a 7:22 pace. Much better than Wednesdays run. Temperature:36 °F with a constant misty rain (no, not the porn star)

3 miles on the mill. This weather leaves little to be desired.
