There is a product called Smartbeat; it's at Kroger. It's fat free and does NOT have that gloppy mayo taste or that gluey fat-free taste...
mix some with albacore, some chopped yellow peppers, some finely chopped onion and celery, some purple grapes halved and seeded, and a teeny bit of cayenne (just a bit). Serve on tomatoes and mixed greens. Yummy!!

Vegenaise, a vegetarian version of "mayo" is not bad either. I can't remember if it is vegan or not, I had it at a friend's house once.

I also use a good spicy or stone ground mustard, just a little, to mix in my tuna and that tastes really yummy too--but I am definitely going to try this. I wonder if it's good in potato salad and stuff like that?

I think it would be good in coleslaw or something similar; I don't make potato salad with mayo but I don't know why it would not work....

The horseradish/mustard sounds good. I also like a product called "Marcel's Cajun Spice Viniagrette" with red beans mixed in or an oliveoil/lemon vinigrette dressing with capers and radishes.

Did you ever try Horseradish sauce--sometimes called horsey sauce--I think? I like that too! Very tasty!
