These things are great! I'm generally not a big cranberry fan, but they're sweetened and are delicious. They go by the name Craisins. Good snack, and they don't stick together like raisins. I highly recommend. I think I will put them in oatmeal cookies next time I bake some.
Edited to add: I've tried the wal-mart knock off brand and they are disappointing. It's mostly a texture difference, but there is some taste difference as well.

I LOVE Craisins!! They make rockin' cranberry orange muffins and they're great just to munch on out of the bag. YUMMY!

I've eaten an entire bag in one sitting. No bad effects for me.

Craisins do rock! They are excellent in homemade trail mix with golden raisins, m&ms, and granola.
