Some interesting "diet and motivation" focused shows on lately. A new weekly series that teaches a lot about healthy eating, including recipes, and tracks people's progress on losing weight/getting fit. Kinda cool, anyone watch them last night? I loved the Fat Spa Chef Challenge although I had to laugh at the woman whining to the trainer making her walk on the treadmill....... Confused Cool that they are not focusing so much on fad diets but on educating people on healthy lifestyles. thumbs up

Food Channel/Home and Garden watching is a sure way to give away one's age as being either A) near 40 or B) over 40.

I can't comment since I'm over 50 but... you left out Weather Channel watching when there are storms outside (Not that anyone is going anywhere anyway)

My husband does too. I feel that if I want to see renovations, there are at least five other channels renovating something/someone at any given moment.

Can you tell it's my hot button??? I need a life.
