Only managed 3 runs during my weeklong visit to Kissimme, Florida.

Had 3 good strong runs, the brutally hot weather at home made the Central Florida weather seem easy.

Monday
4.8 miles, 39.57, 8.19 mm


Tuesday
4 miles, 31.55, 7.58 mm

Friday
5.5 miles, 46.08, 8.23 mm

Good week even though I only got the 3 runs in.
