I'm becoming a junkie! I have too much time on my hands these days and I've found a pretty fun way to occupy myself. In the past month I've purchased about half a dozen different ones and I'm hooked. Can't.Stop.

Since it's impossible to spend all my extra time running (I'd kill myself) and since the gym is a 40 minute drive I just kind of started doing them. It's SO MUCH FUN! I know I'm turning into a real dork, but I don't care. It's better than sitting around watching movies and eating ice cream.

Can anyone recommend any really fun and good workout DVDs?

Mrs TB needs a 12 step program. We have about 200!

The Firm series is supposed to be good. They also have a split of the original instructors and they have there own brand now.

I bought a Latin Dance Grooves DVD recently. It's kinda a fun way to exercise. I also bought a great pilates DVD, too. Still trying to figure out how to do the roll over. eek

Oh yeah, please don't recommend anything by Denise Austin.

I got one of her pilates ones. I wanted to bash her head in about 5 minutes into the program.

Maybe a relaxation DVD would be beneficial.

A friend of my swears by "Slim in Six." I have no idea what this is but she and her DH really love it.
